Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us —

— by a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract. An email is enough. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.

To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient that you send your notification before the period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery — except for any supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer — without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification.

We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before that period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
